For users of the GIGO SWIFT rider app, we obtain geolocation data through background tracking to capture real-time information on the precise location of our riders. This enables us to make accurate estimations for both pickups and drop-offs of packages, ensuring punctual deliveries and optimizing overall service efficiency. It also helps us maintain rider safety, optimize routes, address potential delays, and report them promptly. 

All geolocation data is securely stored and is accessible only to authorized GIGO SWIFT team members for operational purposes. Our strict data privacy policy applies to all GIGO SWIFT personnel, and we are committed to respecting your privacy by allowing you full control over your location settings within the GIGO SWIFT rider app.

  • Device and Usage Information:

  • Do Not Track Signals:

Some web browsers and devices may transmit "Do Not Track" signals. As there is currently no industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not recognize or respond to them at this time.

Our security practices are in line with industry standards. However, no data transmission or storage system is entirely secure. The GIGO SWIFT App and Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
